Oh well, you need conviction too make money with penny stocks, holding out for the niobium is the key here, for myself it is what is really driving the share price, and I have conviction that RCR will do really well in the next 3 months. Will it go back to 7 cents from here ? I expect that it will not. If the cap raise is at 12 cents then it might just keep running. I hope it does . Time will tell
