You got more problems than just the lakes now mate. Grossly overvalued at near $2bil AuD
Lack of any infrastructure is the killer for this project. Probably have to build a whole town from scratch costing upwards of a $billion i would think. Cant raise anywhere near that in current market.
No roads, no power , no processing plant , plenty of water no worries.
CV13 doesnt look good at all and had to pump the sp from the 70s to $1 to entice brokers to put up the cash to be dumped and flipped for a profit once they get their shares .
