@kevin103 you seem to keep going on about the lake. Hopefully those that are invested are well aware of the challenges and risks this introduces. It has been covered across many threads.
Looking at MCAPs between WR1 and PMT you could make an argument that PMT is overvalued. However that would be ignoring a lot of the facts in relation to both companies. Both companies have risks and challenges. Both have upside. All investors have a choice.
Given what is being proved up elsewhere on PMT tenements it would appear that they will have other options for a starter mine outside of the CV5 peg.
