i've seen a lot of this stuff happen lately , it is quite common, LNR did a really low ball dilutive CR to "sophisticated" investors and the SP really never recovered.
I do hope this is not the case here, i hope if it is low, shareholders get a good chance to have access to the CR, which will stop the dilution for them.
In my opinion it is better for shareholders to be included in these CR rather than just so called "sophisticated" investors as they are just in it for a quick buck in many cases.
