I don't have details, but surely they'd raise more than $1M in an insto placement. It's not a cheap exercise to go through, I would have thought they'd be looking at at least $2-3M or more so they don't have to go back to the market again anytime soon. Although I suppose it's better to go back to the market at a higher price down the road...
