Im guessing 30mil bit it's hard to know as they havent figured out the expansion cost. I am suprised that they are raising now. They are not even ready to expand the plant yet. Engineering doesn't even appear to have even started. Sold recently on this runup but will look to reenter. This timing is peculiar.
