All depends on the size and price of the placement. Small and expensive is what holders want.
As a matter of good practice, I lay out each holding on one side of one piece of paper, in pencil for continual amendment.
On the A1M page I much earlier figured a cap raise at 43c. A1M has run past this, thank heavens.
