    Cool, thankyou Autosime. AS you say unavoidable dilution but the price and quantum is pretty darn good. If completed about $12M in bank, this will enable drill programs to sure up resources and a decent exploration program. The quantum the company has been waiting to raise, fits the Simon MoD for reserve and discovery drilling.

    Intesring to read when the news hits the ASX the priorities of spend.
