If that’s true then roughly 8m shares on offer. If they over subscribe they may take 10m = $2mil bucks…
If they only asking 1.5m dollars and not 3-5mil bucks then that’s perfect. It means they only want slight dilution and only need enough funds to get them thru.
Im definitely happy with that if that is true. They could have done a 3-5m CR so not greedy at all.
