It is entirely possible they announce the cr on mon quicky followed by another TH for results if exceptional.
I actually see this as a positive and they did not raise a lot lower around the 6cps.
Imho it shows management want a tight register and this money is to drill.
Why drill if you think results are going to be ordinary????
