CR terms are based on avg VWAPs across multiple days (not an afternoon bump in share price).

Discussions & strategy about when to raise will have been agreed on weeks ago.

The term sheet & those participating would already have been covered behind the scenes.

Raising into strength is a prudent strategy as there is huge demand for the stock leading into results (easy to raise the funds without issuing sweeteners like 1:1 oppies + minimal dilution as raising near all time highs).

In the end, the drill bit will do the talking as with all explorers.
