Thanks, yeah at least they didn't keep us in suspense for a couple of days waiting for the terms!
Seems like they have a good chance of making a go of it on the USA in the long run, but profitability is still a long way off. Best hope for shareholders in the near term is if Technegas proves disruptive enough, a US company takes notice and buys them out
