Yes gruntov, I did get a reply and yes, mm3 it would appear that the ASX isn't helpful in their timing of announcements. Pradeep in his reply to my email said that Falcon uploaded the announcement to the ASX platform at 8.30AM. So despite that it was deemed price sensitive and therefore of much interest to investors the ASX sit on it for and hour and a half.
