Yeah and why didn't the share price rise with silver the week before. Because those on the inside were happy to unload into volume knowing dilution was coming at a discounted rate.
Silver was up some 9% for the week and ADT couldn't hold onto 3%. They used the higher silver price to their advantage.
What else is crazy is PC stated they have a 25mil debt which he believes is not needed but was there just incase
Then he goes and raises 50mil USD. That's bullcrap and his word is now worth nothing. Leaky ships sink.
