Yes there are negative ways to look at the CR.
Maybe some instos were knocking on the door and ADT could not resist. Let’s see if they release details of how much the instos wanted ie if they oversubscribed - SPR recently raised about the same money and instos oversubscribed by about 4 time and after the CR the SP went up a lot circa 20%.
Lets wait for how the CR goes and how SP reacts.
While I was also unhappy about the CR it’s only about 5% of SOI so not much dilution.
