    Its a matter of someone calling them and suggesting they have an investor who wants to purchase a big amount. Enter LMG and its amateur management with a decision to do a SPP and pay fee's probably to get 5m in funding.

    Only good news is they wont do it sub 5c or they would piss off alot of their buddies that signed up 2 months ago
