    I thought I bought at the bottom..
    Now to be even lower.
    Was hoping the US infrastructure Bills and spending would give them a boost. Looks like it will be some more waiting around for this.
    US building up semi conductor factories and bringing the manufacturing home by dumping China with tariffs.
    It might take patience before these big bucks filter down to 3DP.
