    New management, same ethos unfortunately.
    Will be interesting to see if there is a retail component, how cheap any attaching options are, and if the new management are participating to any degree.
    oh yeh, and any clear understanding of what the funds raised will be used for. Bringing something to market asap would be nice, you know, something to reward the shareholders, not just for salaries...
