Could be. Or a downgrade. Unlikely an upgrade. If you're lucky, it's an announcement that they have finally come to their senses, decided to sell most properties, and return a lot of cash to shareholders. That's what they should do. Its asset backing is significant (properties) ... but given that directors own some of these properties (from memory), they're unlikely to do what they should.
