PROVARIS ENERGY LTD – REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Provaris Energy Ltd (ASX code: PV1) (Company) requests that an immediate trading halt be placed on its securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information regarding the trading halt request:

• The trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding the status of its contract with Prodtex AS, in relation to construction of the Company’s prototype tank.

• The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before market open on Tuesday, 4 June 2024 by provision of an announcement to the ASX regarding the Prodtex contract.

• The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
