Wouldn't they offer a specific amt for the company, not a price per share. So if a takeover was gonna be 300M it will still be 300M. A consolidation makes no difference.
I hear uou with consolidations sucking ass, i got out of ais just before, but have been in a couple of others that didnt go well.
Cant see why it won't go well here though... MC can't get any lower surely, no matter consolidation or not. And the right environment with the gold sector just cranking up now. I can see 1$ next year no problem. Just have to wait and see i guess. Does put me a bit on edge, but i just dont see the MC going lower.
