My guess it that they've been able to produce Ti to spec and so are marking "Commissioning of Atomiser #1" as complete. That's the final milestone in the contract to buy the EIGA. It seems a bit too soon to have achieved Ti-64 powder qualification for a customer. But perhaps. That's good, but they aren't going to produce and sell much Ti64 this year. This means they can now start playing with C103.
