Probably a little simplistic. I want to invest in companies with high-quality management teams and BOD. Ultimately this is the most important thing about investing, alongside capital allocation and culture -- both of which are a responsibility of theirs. Where does that leave us? This is amateur hour to be frank and not indicative of a high quality management team. Doesn't matter how you spin it.
This is a black mark against them.
