Glad to see this happen , been hanging over the company since the last AGM. I am surprised at this price though (56 cents) could be at 35 - 40 cents given discounts in the market and David Wiliams is not known for being generous in Capital Raises. Bit of a surprise I hope us LTH are given a good chance to participate and not just Bell Potter insiders , Regal etc.
