Yes, with a 40-cent CR plus a free option, if you can sell off the option even at 4-6 cents, it means a OPT will cost you 34-36 cents or thereabout.
But that also means that it is possible for OPT to trade below 40 cents with profit takers for example making 10% by selling OPT @ 37cents and OPTOA-2026 for 6cents (43cents)
