This doesn’t exactly fill me with confidence. Regal is going to have to offload a huge number of shares onto its sub-underwriters to stay compliant with the corporations act. This is rarely good for the SP.
MST is a broker not a fund. Any shortfall is going straight out the door even if they have to take a loss. While none of this means the SP is going to struggle in the months ahead, it certainly isn’t helpful.
