I have come to the conclusion they simply do not know how to raise capital, or they would have done it properly when this was between $2 and $4 and it was the most exciting stock in the world. Instead they waited for maximum investor pessimism to set in, and did the raises in smaller but very regular batches with no fresh news in between to keep holders happy. The end result is where we are now. Not even the instos were keen to get in on the placement (despite how close we are to results) as they know the price will be well below the issue price next week and can simply buy more for less on market.
