Opps I see 1 option for 3 new shares, so my numbers in example are a bit wrong.
You will receive 1 New Option for every 3 New Shares issued
to you under the Entitlement Offer.
Hypothetically 38cents could be seen as a baseline value of an OPT share and OPTOA-2026 9 cents an option (3 cents of intrinsic value per share) purchase.
