Could it be something as simple as investors - current or prospective (like me) - telegraphing that they were going to have to do another big raise again and therefore gradually selling it down into lessening buy interest? Maybe nothing more nefarious than that? I'd have thought it was pretty normal for a stock like this to experience a lengthy hibernation mode - as that market cap chart shows from about July 2021 till now - while people await results, trials to be filled, etc.
