It’s all just pub talk until we can obtain the details of the CR. (After close tonight?) I hope there will be something sweet for us.
A pure $220M raise and matching dilution is the abandonment of retail holders; 15-20% was on the cards.
A 60% dilution is simply handing over retail holders' sunk capital to insto—free money for them. Let's see if insiders get freebees.
