IMO This company will dance to the beat of its own drum to top line readout regardless of market direction. If anything, there is a higher chance of this going up in the next year than down, which is more than I can say about the general market.
The readout is a guaranteed company maker or breaker. This raise if successful literally gets them to the line. Binary outcome stocks with a set date are antithesis to the general market direction.
