If it comes with an added announcement, like with a MOU...Tesla, I agree Argypink... just that market sentiment isn't hot at the moment..happy with any rise, till the flip on lithium prices.
Market forces dictate our incomes here....who knows, it might have some big institutes interested, and buy into the dip...
Anyone's guess how it spins off...
