Are you suggesting that Bad Daddy should not come out with any good news before doing a cap raise and just raise money when the share price is depressed? or are you suggesting the he should no longer raise any money and just let the company die so you can claim your tax deduction?
I'm trying to figure out what you have a problem with, is it the fact that management are trying hard to lift the company or the fact that management are trying at all?
