Why do you think they are crooks? Have they stolen or misappropriated funds? Are you aware of any breaches of the ASX or ASIC rules?
Given that the Chairman is the former Managing Director of Macquarie Bank, I would have thought that their corporate governance procedures would be first class compared to most other companies.
If you are disgruntled because funds have been lost in the pursuit of honest enterprise, then call it for what it is, because calling the board crooks when one of them is an officer of the order of Australia, a former Westfield Director and former Chairman of Alinta and another is the former Managing Director of Rothschild Australia, whilst a third was the top geologist at Placer, a company that Barrick bought for $10billion when the gold price was $6-700 is a bit rich.
