There is no way it can be good to buy into. BTH have tragically diluted over the years and based on the current SP, this dilution could be worse than all previous cap raises combined..It will almost be impossible for shareholders to get their value back. They may as well have just raised $200 million back above $1 rather than this crap every 6-9 months.
