Providing we get the approval, which I believe we will.
Then the two remaining terms would be; on the completion of the FEED study, (we are waiting on the pre-feed,) and approval from the board for Samsung to take a stake.
This was also an MOU so both parties can pull out. However, Korea/Japan tend to stay true to their word.
