It appears to be a loop hole with the block trade the funds take advantage of. You cant suspend for two weeks or more, its a regulatory issue that maybe ASIC should look at, but it wont happen.
@Yarragadee in my view puts a few short sentences to good effect in relation to the why for the CR - I really dont know if management could have done much different.
