Bill town might be a trolling flog, but opposed to these "oh I predicted a a CR months back" which is just planting a marker so they can big up themselves when it inevitably happens, bill town showed up the night before, said it was on and almost got the price right. He actually knew, which is a bit more interesting/concerning than clowns making prediction.
