just to name a few. Yes we were at $1.40 a few weeks ago and this CR does hurt coming in at 85c but we still raised at a 60% premium to our ATL, which was set 3 months ago. People really have zero patience or the ability to look past the immediate future or past
We are not in the position like GLN that had to raise, while at an ATL for a discounted price.
Yes the SP was sold off as news was leaked but we still now have money in the bank and again, its about foresight. Does the lithium winter look like it'll end in the next 2 quarters? No. Its lasting longer then we thought, which means the SP will not rocket for sometime. It means getting capital so we are not forced into a corner like other companies will be crucial.
Could we hit a new ATL maybe? and if it does I will buy more but for now, the trend is blatantly obvious. We will open at 85c and this will get sold off for sll of next week, with a few dead cat bounces throughout. This is the truth, anh argument and you're in denial.
The choice you are met with, is will you sell and buy back in lower or ride it out. Complaining about a CR that gets us funded during a commodity cycle downturn is being short sighted.
Once again, I will remind you just 3 months ago, when we at 52.5c, if someone said we would raise 20mil at 85c it would've got laughed off the forum.
Has anything changed since then? No
- We haven't had any new assays other than the one large intercept
- MRE was as expected because there was NO new info
- Renard will only add value once it has been proven as a viable asset (When we decide to convert).
- Lithium prices are once again in the 90-100k range
So has ANYTHING really changed? No, but we have raised at a 60% increase.
