Thanks for that information, the 17% discount seems a little steep to me.
But also, why the hell didn't they do a CR say 4 weeks ago if they thought the existing $$$ on hand wouldn't be sufficient for their future plans - that has to be poor judgement / management.
Think ahead and don't be another company run by clowns
