Yes more details are needed .. maybe the swiss lender terms have gone cold like the Copper price of late >>
... 43% of ANX stock is held by Insto/sophs .. just maybe in communication with mgmt an understanding of a placement to those interested .. they then dump stock and reload cheaper which is win/win raise funds and lower placement price
I'm also not happy as a soph to miss out in all these insider placement deals(seems like every spec company held has been doing placements in recent years) ..but then I've not been pro-active in talking with mgmt and putting forward interests in a placement ...
we know of course placements are much quicker and cheaper for the company to raise funds but pretty rough on the non insiders ..unlike rights issues etc
