2 reasons I held - the fundamentals of the company are very good and it is chronically undervalued, plus the fact that I didn't see the point in crystalising a loss on a company that was constantly just months away from making an announcement that would unlock the value of the company.
1 reason I have been critical - management has constantly set targets that they have missed and made announcements that they never followed through on. This has led to the stock being woefully undervalued.
