Very poor form and I hope every shareholder is emailing or calling the company for a please explain!!!

I do not think any shareholders would care if this stock was performing well year after year and shareholders had a good return too. However in this case we have only ever declined in value, during a U boom too! Very hard to do!

It is almost unthinkable that management would reward themselves additional money during this period. I think shareholders would expect management to be working overtime at a minimum - also reducing vacations, more marketing to get noticed, buying more stock themselves to boost confidence etc. This is normal to work above and beyond to try to recover the share price. To reward a sneaky bonus instead. WTF?! They are already paid so well for a low cap stock!!!
