    on the one hand it seems to offer a potential source of funding for quantum? On the other hand its just a shambles of a presentation.
    i guess ultimately it is still red or black did we get the cash or not. Hopefully the announcement if it ever comes has detail on more than just funds recieved? Otherwise i guess we just add another 10 mil to market cap and spend another 2 months speculating on wether further payments will be made?
