partnership deal? cap raise?
a deal would signify a level of confidence others have, a cap raise could mean a number of things, both positive and negative….. real confidence exr have that now is not the time to look for deals , or that others don’t see the same opportunity.
really interesting to see how the market sees this move.
one thing is for sure exr think they are onto a good thing.. and so do I
