As far as CSG is concerned logically you could deduce well over 1mmscf/d is coming soon, like someone else said waiting is the hardest part.
Doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out the economic potential of 10 plus Nomgon wells or countless more considering the location and acreage.
Not investment advice but EXR is trading at $100Million+
