It isn't necessarily impossible. Probably still too early to say and the fact they have made it to a couple of hundred mscf/d across their pilot is encouraging.

There is, however, a point at which a company should cut their losses and move on (breaking up is hard to do, but you want to be COI, rather than GLL!)

Hopefully it doesn't come to that, and they manage to get gas flowing.

To avoid any holders perceiving this post as overly negative: EXR guaranteed to succeed, so many contingent resources, great management, don't know why this isn't trading at $2...
