I’ve noticed this too on both sides. I hold EXR, and i read both bullish and bearish comments about the stock from different people on here. The only person I don’t listen to is pakkham because he can’t write simple sentences. But the rest which are seen as negative I read and consider their arguments, combine with the more positive comments and finally my own thoughts.

It’s easy to get caught up in the what seems like rivalries on here but some people post some concrete stuff and give explains in more layman terms that someone like me couldn’t understand from the EXR announcements.

I understand if you want to leave and all the best whether you hold EXR or not, and with all ur future investments
