Yes, but keep in mind that this is still the point of a TH. It allows them to communicate the news with a larger pool of individuals who likely have little training in disclosure obligations (and thus, accidents and slip ups like this happen). The TH is to ensure that when such accidents occur (eg an intern doesn't realise they're editing a publicly visible page or that they're not supposed to tell their mate about it), the market is unable to react.
