Maybe the typist at BOT was so excited by the approval, through shaking they punched the wrong numbers on the key pad... Like an excitement-induced Parkinson's...
a dose of synthetic CBD would probably quell the shakes! (albeit you'd have to blow the cobwebs off that BOT product suite).
